三室兩廳一廚一衞的套房設計，乾濕分離的浴室配有高端衞浴品牌；還有帶烘乾功能的洗衣機，因為位於居民住宅樓整層樓非常安靜，有電梯到達相應的樓層，安全係數高，地理位置不錯，步行到敦煌夜市衹有10分鐘，樓下就是公交樞紐，交通方便

小區是回遷房，住的都是長者，小區環境一般。房子裝修不錯，就是客廳沒有空調，我們在的三天，白天和晚上都非常熱，開窗通風沒有用，衹有兩個卧室有空調根本無法解決我們在客廳時的渾身燥熱，在客廳收拾個行李都滿頭大汗，呼吸困難……強烈建議房東客廳裝空調！！！另外淋浴水壓太小，水流忽冷又忽熱，洗澡不舒服。讚美一下老闆，送了一個小西瓜，我放在小冰箱裏正好，但是沒有刀，我衹能用我的太極掌法一掌劈開才吃到，吃相像極了豬八戒🤣🤣🤣

過來這邊訂的酒店，意想不到還是廳室房間，日用品齊全，家用電器也都有非常的滿意，有種家的感覺。晚上去夜市散步走10來分鐘就到了，非常方便
