How to describe this hotel? If you want to be a wild luxury, it is far from affordable except for the price. After all, 2000+ per night is not cheap. You have to be worthy of the 2000+ figure. As a guest, you will have higher requirements for the hotel. This is not the first time I have stayed in a wild luxury hotel. The price of a wild luxury hotel in Guangxi is about the same. Fruits, afternoon tea, and good night desserts are delivered to you every day. You will doubt your life and you will not be able to finish them all. The service is even worse. The so-called butler is not professional at all and the service is too passive. For example, we arrived a little late on the first day and did not take the initiative to contact us if we wanted to have dinner at the restaurant. He waited until we arrived and asked him if there was a restaurant. The menu was sent to us, and it turned out that the small hot pot was 398 per person, which was very expensive, but we were too lazy to go out, so we ordered two portions. We were told that the ingredients for the hot pot were gone and could we replace it with barbecue. After accepting, we said we would go out to eat. Well, I didn’t recommend any delicious food outside. Instead, the driver of the shuttle bus suggested that we go to the nearby Dunhuang Night Market. He was very considerate. Fortunately, he was there. Every time I go out and call the shuttle bus in the group, the response is too slow. It takes Aite two or three times to respond. What's even more funny is that when we wanted to issue an invoice, he actually asked us to contact the person who issued the invoice ourselves, instead of taking the initiative to help us contact him. The housekeeping service was really unprofessional. The breakfast on the second day was even more outrageous (Picture 4 is our breakfast on the second day). When we ran to the restaurant, the waiter said that all the food was in the car and helped us to put some out. The reason why they couldn't put it out turned out to be because there were too few guests. This is a hotel that costs 2000+ per night! It was even more interesting when checking out. After the shuttle bus arrived, we were asked to wait for a while. He ran to the room to take pictures, and he asked the guests to wait. It was so dizzy! Then the front desk said that the deposit could not be refunded until the room inspection was completed. The boss's layout was too small. I stayed here for 12 nights. No hotel would say that the room inspection was required. Some did not even charge the deposit. Now basically all hotels In hotels, we always check out immediately after handing over our room card. Room inspection happened many years ago. I suggest the boss hire a more professional operation team. Of course, a 2,000+ hotel is not without merit. The tent is quite large and has air conditioning, refrigerator, stereo, sofa, independent bathroom, toiletries, and bedding. Needless to say, it looks like high-end goods at first glance, very soft and comfortable.
