Dunhuang Bishuiyangguang Hotel (Shazhou Ancient City Danghe)

I was shocked again and again by this "hotel"... 1. Parking problem: The hotel is in a residential area. The parking lot is at the door. It is inconvenient to unload luggage. The hotel guy is not very smart and does not give instructions. It is very troublesome to call every time you go out to lift the barrier. 2. Front desk problem: The front desk and the elevator are in two directions, which means that after you register at the front desk, you have to walk along a long corridor in the opposite direction to go upstairs. Of course, the waiter will usually take you directly to the stairs. 3. Service issue: The front desk staff changed the king-size bed we booked to a twin bed without telling us the reason. Later the manager explained that it was because the twin bed was bigger in the room and they kindly changed it for us. But I think there should be an explanation before check-in, right? And I didn't tell you where the breakfast was... I think the female manager tried hard to make people feel that her service was good, but everything else was really bad. 4. Room issues: It’s amazing. The room costs over 400 yuan but there is no phone to call the front desk. There is no dry and wet separation and no plastic slippers. After taking a shower, the whole toilet is full of water. Can people fall to death barefoot? The disposable slippers got soaked when I stepped in. There was no mop to sweep the water. It didn't dry overnight. I was so nervous when I went to the toilet at night. I almost slipped to death. 5. Bedding problem: I don’t know what kind of latex this latex mattress is made of. It’s as hard as a wooden bed and it hurts to turn over. 6. Breakfast issue: The breakfast in this hotel is so interesting. It is in a multi-purpose hall outside. Each person is given a box lunch which is heated in the microwave. It feels like a takeaway. Seeing that the customer looked unhappy, they immediately said that beef ramen is also available. I waited for quite a long time. The ramen was also packed in a disposable box. I don’t know if it was a takeaway... The most outrageous thing is that this breakfast costs 38? ? Summary: Can this hotel be sold for more than 400? ? The location is 40 minutes away from Shazhou Night Market... It is not in the downtown area... The supporting facilities are a mess... It can't be considered a mature hotel at all... The Hanting Hotel, which is more than 200 yuan, is a complete winner... I am puzzled by the good reviews of the hotel...

臨時找酒店換到這個，很驚喜！！ 前台小哥哥小姐姐特別熱情，很有耐心 酒店看着還挺新，各種設施非常齊全 位置簡直是鬧中取靜，能很好的休息，去沙洲夜市也很近，打車很方便。如果再去敦煌，還會選擇這裏

酒店很棒，房間面積特別大，服務也很好，入住送的紅棗和杏皮水都很棒。停車很方便晚上睡覺很安靜。離黨河很近，可能唯一的問題就是離市區有一點距離，自駕黨是完全沒有問題的，乘坐公共交通的話大概衹能打車出行，不過敦煌打車也不貴。連住了兩晚，後面因為一些事情耽擱又回來住了一晚。

目前這算是西北環線住過很好的酒店了，工作人員很熱情，還送了當地小零食，房間屬於現代風，乾淨整潔敞亮，淋浴間還可以曬衣服，設施也都不錯，最主要性價比很高。

服務態度很好，房間也挺乾淨，酒店新的，離景點開車都不遠，周邊吃飯走路10分鐘，正好可以幫助消化

前台小姐姐和酒店經理人都很好，甚至保潔阿姨的服務態度也都很不錯。幫忙升級了套房，設施很新，衞生達標，甚至馬桶都有一次性塑料廁圈自動更換功能。酒店在小區裏，小區門口左邊是免費停車場，右邊是充電樁。前台小姐姐還送了入住小禮品，推薦了周邊的美食。下次來敦煌的話還來住！推薦自駕旅遊入住~忘記拍酒店的照片了，用三張敦煌遊客照代替~
