This hotel is too new hence their service is not so great. Very slow. We order few glasses of coffee and 1 sandwich, took them 1 hour to bring everything out. I won't be staying this hotel unless 2-3 years later.

The newly opened hotel is very high-end and classy. It was the first time I brought my family to Dunhuang. The lobby manager Anna was very warm and thoughtful.
