This is the second time I've reviewed a hotel in detail. This summer, I took my children on a Qinghai-Gansu Grand Circuit tour and had high hopes for your hotel. Facilities and Environment: The hotel's exterior is acceptable and meets basic standards. However, the business class room we stayed in felt noticeably cramped. Even a standard-sized suitcase was extremely difficult to unfold inside the room with a child, and the space for movement was severely limited, making it less than family-friendly. > 2. Dining Experience: The breakfast and restaurant service were average and met basic needs. However, the attention to detail in the dishes was a concern, with several instances of questionable cleanliness (for example, black spots on broccoli), which directly impacted the dining experience and confidence. > 3. Service Experience: This was the most disappointing aspect of our stay. From check-in to check-out, the entire service process, while comprehensive, was highly standardized yet coldly executed, lacking the warmth and proactive care expected. Staff interaction was stilted, creating a sense of alienation rather than a sense of welcome, failing to create any pleasant or memorable "feeling." > In summary, based on this experience, I must express a clear "not recommend" position. For travelers seeking value, a comfortable space (especially families with children), and warm service, there may be better options within the same budget.
