Cleanliness: Many areas were clearly stained from not being cleaned for a long time, which had nothing to do with the proximity to the desert. Environment: The public areas were consistent with the photos, but the rooms were unremarkable, with a mirror facing the bed. Service: Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a Dunhuang-branded ID card holder. This gave us high expectations for hotel service, but we didn't expect anything more than that. We bought a birthday cake and used the hotel refrigerator to keep it cold, but we didn't even get a "Happy Birthday" from them. The emotional value of a so-called "upscale" hotel was completely lost. Safety: The hotel is located in a remote area, so you can't order takeout. The door lock was broken. The front desk initially said, "I checked it the day before yesterday and it was working," but later offered a bland explanation, "A guest locked themselves in and couldn't get out, so we simply removed the lock." No action or plan was taken. If it weren't for the late hour and the Ghost Festival, we would have left immediately. We ended up spending the rest of the night feeling apprehensive and sleepless. Amenities: There was no hand soap, the toiletries and conditioner kit was cheap, and the overall hardware and software were completely substandard for a hotel costing over 1,000 yuan. In summary, the price/performance ratio is extremely low. Please do not contact me (if you are willing to refund, that's fine).

The hotel has a small number of rooms, is very quiet, and has a good location. The front desk service is warm and attentive, the room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable, so I slept soundly. The breakfast is varied and delicious. It's a great value for money and I will stay here again! Highly recommended!

The hotel is relatively close to Mingsha Mountain, but driving there requires a small road. Driving there is very convenient. There's ample parking. The staff are friendly. The outdoor king room has a sofa bed, which is spacious enough for a family of four. However, the bathroom and toilet are a bit small. The interior design is very Dunhuang-style. The breakfast is very rich. At just over 1,000 yuan per room, it's the most expensive hotel on the Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop, but it feels worth it. It's a great value.

The hotel is really child-friendly. Any photo you take at the hotel will turn out great. The children didn't want to go out to play because they were digging for gold coins in the sand area. There was also a stargazing activity at night. The children had a lot of fun, and the adults also had fun taking photos. The children said that the hotel's breakfast was the best they had in the past few days and they didn't want to go home after having so much fun. The whole stay was very pleasant and reassuring. The layout of the room is also my favorite style. All kinds of facilities are available. It was a very satisfactory stay experience. Highly recommended! ! ! !

I booked two rooms with a friend and children, and we were all very satisfied. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated, and the kids loved them. The hotel is photogenic, with a direct view of Mingsha Mountain. We went to a concert with a large crowd that evening, and it was very conveniently located nearby. The starry night view from the hotel was absolutely stunning. The service was excellent, and the iced apricot tea was delicious. I was very satisfied and highly recommend it.

I've never experienced such a wonderful desert hotpot in my life! After gazing at the majestic rolling sand dunes during the day, I sat in the open-air courtyard in the evening, the copper pot bubbling with steam, and I ate lamb rolls wrapped in sesame sauce. The evening breeze, carrying the coolness of the sand, blew past, and I looked up to see the sunset painted a vibrant orange-pink glow—the contrast was incredible! The most amazing thing was the starry night sky. Lying on the lounge chairs set up by the hotel, the Milky Way was so clear it looked like a handful of diamonds, and even the twinkling stars were visible. The waiter said that on clear days, you could even see a shooting star, and sure enough, I saw one shortly after waiting, and quickly closed my eyes and made a wish. The room was also very comfortable, completely unlike the desert. The hot water was plentiful, the bedding was soft, and when I opened the curtains in the morning, I could see the sunrise, painting the sand dunes a golden rim. Next time I visit the desert, this will definitely be my only choice!
