The friendly staff attended to my luggage as soon as I walked into the open doors. They upgraded me to a window room and it was big and clean. Anything I asked, they were very helpful and friendly using the translator so good if your Chinese isn't good! Breakfast has a great selection and a Balcony for the smokers. Very clean and the most important is that it's very close to the night markets - just down the road - and Mingsha Mountain and Crescent Spring! Location is amazing. Also close to the Dunhuang Museum.

The hotel is very very good. I cannot find any points to complain. I stayed for 3 nights and all taffs I met are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient, close to the night market and is easy to take the no.3 bus to Mingshashan.

The hotel's service is simply amazing! First, I called to inquire about airport pickup, and the staff patiently and thoroughly answered my questions, instantly boosting my impression! Upon entering the hotel, the front desk staff were incredibly professional and welcoming, even carrying my luggage to my room. At breakfast, every member of the restaurant staff was incredibly welcoming and warm. Although I was a little disappointed that my coffee was taken away (before I even took a sip), I was relieved by the staff's prompt reassurance and relocation. As always, mistakes are nothing to be ashamed of, as long as they're promptly corrected and addressed with care. At check-out, they even walked me to the curb and helped call a taxi. This hotel is truly exceptional. It's conveniently located in the city center, a 10-minute walk from the lively and fun Shazhou Night Market. Small shops and restaurants are also nearby. The hotel is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and convenient, with reasonable room amenities and good bedding. There are self-service washers and dryers on the first floor, but after testing, I found the drying racks on the sixth floor to be more efficient and quicker. Breakfast is also excellent. Attentive service: The front desk was friendly and professional, check-in was quick, and we even received a free room upgrade! They were also very responsive to any requests. The front desk staff, Xiao Li and Xiao Liu, were incredibly nice! They even gave us a magic square and helped us arrange shoe covers! The room was comfortable: clean and tidy, with soft bedding, excellent soundproofing, and modern amenities. The lobby's tea bar, coffee machine, and freshly brewed tea were all excellent. An added bonus: the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the rooftop view was stunning, with a view of the summit of Crescent Lake. It was an excellent value! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and would definitely stay there again on my next trip!
