The room staff is very enthusiastic. They sent masks, water, dried fruits, dolls, yogurt, and foot bath water. They are very caring. It would be great if they could delay check-out a little longer in the off-season. It's still very heartwarming.

酒店總體不錯，位置離鳴沙山景區較近，還可步行至敦煌博物館，設施較新，服務熱情，感覺舒適，後面又續住了一天。接機司機路師傅***********很熱情，在機場耐心等候我們多時，車子收拾的特別乾淨！服務員肖海玲貼心送來泡腳水後續幾天一直關心我們的需求。總之對此次入住很滿意！

非常推薦這家酒店，周愛玲管家的服務特別貼心，每天還準備了泡腳水泡腳去疲勞，走的時候還送給我們可愛的駱駝玩偶，下次來敦煌還會住這家。

前台小陳服務很周到，走的時候遺留一件衣服，小陳也是及時聯繫我們，幫我們郵寄回來，整體來説服務員都很熱情。

房間比較大，比較乾淨。入住中出現了一點小問題，但都被重視和及時處理了，工作人員態度和做事方法都令我滿意。尤其是酒店前廳部秦春露這位工作人員微笑待客、耐心細緻、時時刻刻有問必答，讓我印象深刻。入住體驗總體滿意！
