Our group of 6 persons , were treated with warm welcome and we felt it was a kind gesture from all the staffs. Facilities were simple but sufficient for our stay and also available of water, lotion for sunblock, dryness etc at the counter.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and very polite. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very decent as well.
We can recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Dunhuang.

Service was excellent. Staff were knowledgable, friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet included western and local dishes and for the most part were fresh and tasty. The room was comfortable and room service and housekeeping was professional and complete. There were also some good shops for snacks and souvenirs as well as good restaurants next door and along that same block so it was very conveneient. I would definitely stay here again.

I have travelled a lot in China the last 5 years.
This is probably one of the best hotels I have been.
Clean, comfortable, close to everything, very nice staff. Have everything you need in the room. They leave you presents in the room, have all the free drinking water you need, free apples, just excellent welcome feeling.
They go as far as pointing the shower head to the side everytime they clean the room so you don't get wet when you turn on the shower. More expensive and luxurios hotels have a lot to learn from these guys. Just excellent.

The hotel is comfortable to stay in, room service was good and it has all the amenities we needed. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous and pretty good too. Would be better if there is a full length mirror.
