The hotel is very big. The environment is really good for the northwest. The facilities are quite complete, the service is quite good, and the hygiene is quite clean. Their service staff is very enthusiastic. They helped me plan a tour route, bought performance tickets for me, and introduced local food. They are so enthusiastic that I don't have to look for guides everywhere and try them one by one. It was a wonderful stay.

When you open the window, you will see peach blossoms everywhere, as if you have lived in a dream of three lives and three worlds! Wake up in the sea of ​​flowers in the morning, drink tea with falling flowers in the evening, and even the wind carries a faint fragrance of flowers. The room is clean and warm, and I really don't want to leave after living here~

The environment barely deserves two stars, and the service was abysmal! From check-in to check-out, nothing went smoothly. Checking in was quite late, around 9:30 PM, and they said the bed wasn't made in the room we booked, among other excuses, that we had to move to a different room. It was pretty far back in the villa, a long drive away. The facilities were dated, not to mention the fact that booking a B&B like this was a good idea. I didn't even want to take a shower. Then there was check-out. Our check-out time was clearly 2 PM, but they started banging on the door and demanding cleaning a little after 11 PM. It was fine for me to sleep in, but being woken up by them made it impossible to sleep. I got up to clean up, and then they knocked on my door again before 12 PM. I told them it would be quick and sent them away, but they came back a short while later. I was fed up! My husband tried to calm me down, but I forced myself not to argue. The next night, when I checked in at another hotel, they told me they hadn't refunded me through the public security system. When I contacted this hotel, they said they had already refunded me. They were lying! This is the first time I've written a bad review, and I really can't stand it anymore! I advise everyone to have a good time and not choose this rubbish place. It's not worth getting angry!

Pick-up service: The owner was very welcoming and offered pick-up and drop-off within Dunhuang. Amenities: While the RV isn't very large, it's more than enough for two people, with a refrigerator, booths, a bunk bed, and a queen-size bed. Cleanliness: The room was quite clean. Environment: There's a small pavilion outside the RV. Light pollution is minimal nearby, and on clear nights, you can see a vast expanse of starry sky. It's fantastic. Service: The room is cleaned daily. We only had breakfast for one day, but the owner included another. The service was very nice. Highly recommended! !!!

The room was quite large and the surroundings were nice and quiet. The bed was clean and comfortable. There was a free pick-up service from the station, and we were even given a chilled watermelon. The service was very thoughtful. Better room amenities would have been perfect. After all, it was only 300 yuan per day. A big thank you to the driver who picked us up.
