Baymont by Wyndham Scranton Dunmore

The only problem that I had was the hot water would not get hot. I tried at 9 AM every hour until 12 o’clock. I called the desk. They came up and let the water run for a while and finally got hot. That’s a problem. You shouldn’t have to wait until the water gets hot because there’s so many people checking out in the morning. There must be some other problem this was first time experiencing it in any hotel that I have stayed in Otherwise for the price it was good but they need to update. The lamps are old furniture is old need to remodel that the price was so low by booking with you all.

Rooms small and crowded not much room/ hole in wall, around the electrical light switch going into bathroom! Child could get shock it they put there finger in it! Bathroom small and need a good cleaning and a new bathtub that you can stand inn without feeling you will fall!

Starting early morning kept on hearing a beep sound, no idea from where it’s coming from. Rooms aren’t clean.

The facility is in good condition. A few signs of wear, but nothing major. Staff were welcoming and professional.

Employees smoking whenever and non smokers get the blame and they want to charge you for a cleaning of 250 dollars if they say so.... I checked out and told them I'm not the one I wish you would try and charge me anything because you smell a cigarette I don't even smoke

Meeting up with the boo Sorry but the room was a tad bit small with a king bed stuffed in it. Although the bed was outstanding!! Good location also, right next to a grocery store. Plus the shower was awesome.
