The sunroom on this level has a queen-size sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests. The upper level accommodates another four guests, three of which can sleep in the secondary bedroom. The secondary bedroom features a queen-size bed and a twin-size bed. An additional twin-size bed is in the loft area with a curtain for added privacy. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ There are two full bathrooms and one half bathroom in this home, each of them stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay. The master bedroom on the main floor contains an ensuite half bathroom, while one full bathroom is located just across the hallway and easily accessible for the guests staying in the sunroom. The full ensuite on the upper level boasts a large combination shower and tub. This home is located in Connestee Falls, a gated community that allows access to its additional amenities for guests including 4 lakes, a golf course, and several hiking trails. A unique barcode will be given to guests prior to their stay, granting them gate access to the estate. This is a dog-friendly home as long as your dog is 12+ months, well trained, and housebroken. The home is fitted with a smart door lock and free parking for vehicles is available on the premises, with additional street parking.
