It's anice building in a lovely setting with plenty of indoor and out door space. Clean and tidy. The lady before me ordered and then said to the man serving I should have ordered decaf. He replied you have real tea now and put it down. Now this is not good enough at all. I would have changed it at the business cost one tea bag and some hot water, or at worst I am sorry I can change it but would have to charge you. Take it or lump it won't do. In our milk when poured into the cup there were multiple tiny black specs like tiny flies. My partner took it back and they replaced the cup, not the milk that was in it as it was it was fine as she only has a little milk and there was some left in the jug. Not a great experience.

Peter and Karen made us very welcome and couldn’t do enough for us. We had a front room with a beautiful view and 2 very comfortable and peaceful night’s sleep. Breakfast was freshly cooked with good quality ingredients. This is a lovely house run by an equally lovely couple. If you want somewhere within easy walking distance of the town, the castle and numerous tea rooms this is the place to stay.

We booked at very short notice and having seen the excellent reviews we thought it would be OK. Better than that - it was excellent and we couldn't have been made more welcome by Peter and Karen. Even Eric took to us and came and sat by us on the sofa ! Everything was first class and we can recommend it without any qualification - we wouldn't change a thing. However, I think I surprised Peter by asking for vinegar on my bacon ! Thanks again - we really enjoyed our stay and got on very well with the other guests as I'm sure they felt as relaxed as we did.

Friendly hosts and run to a high standard . Comfortable bed, good food and excellent hygiene. We stayed for a week and this was a good centre for exploring the area around eastern Exmoor. The house was located in a very quiet and attractive location.

This is a lovely place to stay. Had a fab Easter weekend and loved ordering breakfast the night before. It was, then so fresh in the morning, with no wastage. Also the fresh milk in the fridge in the hall way, by the bedrooms, was a nice touch. So much better than the sachets, with coffee in the morning. The hosts are so friendly and nothing was too much effort. Okay the parking can be difficult but the whole of Dunster is like this (Medieval village not built for cars). We found a spot in the main High Street, which was free and parked for the whole weekend and walked to the B&B. The B&B and Dunster as a location are so lovely. Please visit this lovely accommodation. Room 3 was great!

An absolutely delightful B&B, tucked away in a quiet and idyllic part of Dunster by the pretty River Avill. Extremely welcoming hospitality (from Karen, Peter and the gorgeous Eric) and immaculately well-appointed accommodation. A perfect spot as a base for walking and exploring Exmoor. Although the parking is a bit of a juggle, it did not detract - and many other places in Dunster are without parking altogether. A lovely, relaxing break. Go!

Sweet cuple hosting this B&B. Beautiful, quiet surroundings in the pittoresque little village of Dunster. Big room and bathroom, very good bed. Excellent breakfast. Can't think of anything negative at all. We really enjoyed our stay :-)
