Needed accommodation at Dural and tried all day to contact Ingenia Hills Sydney. Lots of phone calls. Left lots of messages. They said they had call back system but no-one ever got back to me. Frustrating and stressful when you need accommodation urgently. Traveller from South Coast

We stayed here for 2 nights as it was all we could get anywhere close to Sydney for NYE. It was by the far the most expensive campsite we booked during our 7 day trip from Melbourne. Pros: We could check in slightly early Bathrooms and showers were very clean Very quiet in terms of other guests Cons: Caravan plot under a tree with very noisy and messy birds Next to bins that hadn't been emptied for a few days by the looks of it and hence they smelt bad and attracted a lot of flies waning we avoided sitting outside.

It was a very short stay for us but very convenient for a range of services particularly dining venues.
We had everything we needed for the night and great welcome and communication from people at Ingenia @ Dural.

Hands down the grossest and scabbiest family holiday park we’ve ever been in. The room was old and decaying (literally), explicit graffiti all over my children’s bedding, a cabin view of debris and an eyesore of a caravan. The experience was awful. No bedroom door to master. Avoid. You’re better off literally anywhere else. It wasn’t even cheap. Zero stars.

Our family of five enjoyed staying here. The swimming pool and communal showers were clean, and the small game room with a ping pong table was great for playing with the kids. The location was convenient, with nearby parks and shopping centers.

The best thing about Ingenia was driving past it to anywhere else. Very tired holiday park, barely friendly staff, poorly maintained, average place to stay. Highlight was a good hot shower. Not alot of choices at Dural for places to stay. The drive out from Sydney airport was better than our stay at Ingenia Holiday Park.
