Cascade Village by Young Mountain Management

The staff was very friendly, our room was nice and cozy, the pool/hot tubs was very clean and nice, the pool bathrooms had a sauna in them, they let you borrow sleds for free for the kids. I would stay here again. We stayed here for a week with not one complaint.

Until Purgatory does something about #357's temperature during the summer time, please do not waste your money. We would have been far more comfortable in a tent. A tent keeps out the mosquitoes and cools off at night instantly. This condo was warm in the night even with the screen-less balcony door wide open with a fan blowing *enter mosquitoes and cigarette smoke all night*. I understand they didn't design these places with summers in mind, but come on. A $300 portable AC unit would do the trick. We ended up paying about $250/night for this place. Complete rip off. Oh and some outlets and light bulbs didn't work. Reviews from at least a year about on *********** say the same thing. Hasn't been fixed. Whatever entity is managing this property is getting away with a borderline scam. Purgatory needs to stop booking this place. Especially during the summer.
