Hotel Empire Albania

My fiancée and I visited this hotel early this September. From the photos we thought this hotel would be great. The hotel room we were staying in was small and directly under the rooftop pool. One day someone broke the railing in the pool and hotel staff was fixing it during the night so we barely got any sleep. From the bathroom there is a disgusting smell coming. The smell is really really bad. The cleaning ladies for a whole week we stayed there didn’t even wash the floors in the bathroom, nothing I don’t know if that’s normal in Albania but not really acceptable. They mostly only did the bed, the floors in the rooms were spot mopped. The pool was ok, small but clean however sun beds have seen better days and some of them were moldy. We bought the all inclusive package however I strongly suggest not to get it. The alcoholic drinks were such bad quality. We also didn’t get battled water in our hotel. The “private” beach is located about 300m away from the hotel, there is also located the hotel restaurant where for the food package we had to go for every meal except for the breakfast. A bit confusing for us. The food options were limited. Nearly everyday the same type of food. The beach is very dirty itself, so much trash it’s ridiculous. The sun beds at the beach same quality as in the rooftop pool. The 4 stars the hotel has has to be some kind of joke. It deserves maybe 2 at the most.

I do not recommend this hotel. Someone (propably room service) stole money from our room! It is UNACCEPTABLE !!! Of course the hotel did nothing about it. I will not come back there. Also when you have all inclusive coffie and tea are only for breakfast. Beside of that it was ok, but stealing someone property from private room is just disgousting…

Very good experience ,amazing staff and service.Hope everybody visit this hotel.Everybody was so nice and very helpful in any time.Rooms were very comfortable and beautiful.View from the pool was amazing too.

Best staff , best manager Mandi , best shisha boy , super view , good food , i'm feeling like home here. The barman Pupi its the funny guy on the beach bar hahaha. The staff at the Hotel its very helpful, they care for everything, It was an amaizing experience here.

Stay away from this hotel! This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. First of all the room we got was not as described when we booked. We booked a family room that should have 2 bedrooms, but there was only One bedroom and another room with 2 beds. There where no table and chairs and the balcony was just a joke. When we checked in the room was very dirty , all over, also the bed linen. When we complained the next morning they did not even bother to clean it, and after 8 hours at the beach we came back to the same filthy dirty room. The Staff was rude and what the owners would compensate us was one free lunch 🤬 The whole family was extremely disapointed and we left after 2 of our 7 nights - it was just awful. It seems that they try to save money on every part in their business, and the included breakfast was the worst we have ever had on a hotel. It is a shame that they Are allowed to rate this crap as a 4-star hotel. We noticed that almost every of the other guests also complained about some things about their stay. Do yourself a favor and do not book a stay at this 1-star hotel. The only positive thing we have to say is that the beach bar is decent. (But the beach restaurant was as crappy as all the rest)

Opcja all inclusive w Hotelu Empire to jedna wielka kpina , ona po prostu tam nie istnieje .Kawa , herbata tylko do śniadania , brak wody butelkowanej , alkohol to wstrętny bimber , raki . Zamawiasz gin dostajesz raki ,whisky - raki , wódkę - raki .......... etc . tylko w innej barwie . Posiłki niewyszukane , powtarzalne , mierne . Lody , przekąski nieosiągalne . Brak jakichkolwiek animacji i atrakcji . Bar przy plaży Beach nie obsługuje opcji all inclusive . Barmani ,kelnerzy z łapanki . Także lepiej wykupić tylko pobyt . Hotel ładny , atrakcyjnie położony , dość czysty . Plaża piaszczysta , leżaki i parasole w cenie . Brak ręczników .

WE DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WARN AGAINST THIS HOTEL!!! THE CLEANING SERVICES AT THIS HOTEL WE HAVE BEEN FRAUDED! BEWARE! ADDITIONALLY ON THE WALL A MUSHROOMS! THIS HOTEL DOESN'T DESERVE 4 STARS

Amazing hotel with a greate rooftop and beach. The facilities was excellente,the food and everything else.Worth mentioning the kidness of staff,they were too friendly especially the reception staff.I recommend it to visit.

It was my best summer holiday ever at this amazing place. A week full of fun and joy. Thanks to its management I felt at home at the Empire Hotel. The stuff was very helpful and friendly. When I first entered to the hotel I was like wow. Amazing luxury antic interior design. So clean and shiny unique furnitures evetywhere at the hotel. The room was always clean. The housekeeping is doing their job very well. We had all inclusive accomodation. Every meal was perfect. Empire Hotel’s buffet is very rich and just delicious! Empire beach bar is just amazing I feel like I am in Ibiza! Music, party and fun all the time 😍 We had delicious fancy cocktails at the beach bar. The best hotel in Albania! See you next summer Empire ! ❤️❤️❤️
