After a very tasty dinner in Rest. Arthur in Dures, we went back to our Hotel rooms at 10 p.m. and we wanted to sleep. Dogs barking loud during the whole night. No way to sleep! And then, after midnight, car posers enjoyed themselves in driving the main road up and down during hours with their extremely loud engines. Good night dear guest!

The best hotel in Durres!!! Location, service .. outstanding!!!! This was our best staying in Albania. Hotel is located in the city centre in the most welcoming and beautiful street in Durres! Warm recommendations!!!

A warm welcome, friendly front desk staff, a la carte breakfast, a hammam, great location for walking into the pedestrian zone… and a very comfortable bed and room with good shower decorated with Italian antiques. Our favorite in Albania this week.

Cozy and chic hotell. Loved the decorations. Clean. Nice staff and a welcome-feeling. Downstairs the restaurant, we had something to eat there every night. The breakfast was good, but the ordinary including menu could have offered some more options.

Perfect Urban Hotel near to the port. Staff were very attentive, English was spoken by many. Bedrooms very clean and a comfy bed - what more do you need! Breakfast was nice, coffee the best part for me. We had a super time so thank the hotel staff for making our stay…perfect.

I have stayed in famous luxury hotels on my life and this little gem in Albania s second city rivals them . From reception to checkout perfect . All staff wonderful and give their all . The cooked and choice of breakfasts was delicious and served with style . Room like you would design yourself. Perfect bath and lighting. All modern conveniences. Location in centre of everything. Walk to the Adriatic Sea . Don’t miss the chance to be pampered here.

Reading other reviews definitely lead us to a decision we regret so I feel I have to give the real picture on this hotel. The food is terrible, not what they are showing on social media . The staff super unprofessional and young. Sadly we booked a massage, it’s the worst massage I ever had and I don’t understand how they can charge or offer this service for their guest. The main one is the absolutely unbelievable level of noise. The restaurant downstairs blasts out music all day and all evening. There are outdoor speakers which are mounted on the outside walls of the rooms and they are clearly audible in the rooms. At the weekend, they added a totally unnecessary amplifier to this noise and it became absolutely unbearable. The bass could be felt through the floorboards. There simply are no quiet rooms here… both sides of the hotel are subject to this noise because of the restaurants “garden”. Live music one night was blasted out onto the street from the hotels own restaurant until 11:10pm. Another it was dance music until the same time There are other minor annoyances too which affect the overall quality. The parking can only be accessed or exited by getting a member of staff to come along with pliers and other tools to open the gate. The breakfast is not great: a la carte selections which leave much to be desired.

Once in a lifetime experience!!! Heritage and modern amenities merge flawlessly and leave you feeling special, pampered and loved! The decor is amazing. The food is marvellous. The service is exceptional. The staff is very, very polite. Special shout out to Rozalinda, Kevin, Ela, Xhoi and Luiza for being so warm and making our stay extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!!!
