I decided to book one more night because my flight was delayed. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was amazing. Upon check out, I asked the receptionist to get me a taxi to take me to the airport. Surprisingly the receptionist paid the driver and told me to get in, wishing me a safe journey. I was super thankful.

When I booked, the reservation details indicated a flexible check-out time between 12 PM and 8 PM. However, upon arrival, I was informed that check-out was strictly at 12 PM. Fortunately, the hotel staff were very accommodating and kindly allowed me to extend my stay until 2 PM. If you are planning a late check-out, I highly recommend confirming directly with the hotel beforehand.

The hotel fully met our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located in the city center, with public transport right on its doorstep. The breakfast was a bit basic, but perfectly acceptable.

The hotel is in a good location, about 15 minutes walk to Somoni Square, the surrounding environment is good, there are not many restaurants. The hotel arranges airport pick-up service, which is very convenient. It is about 4 kilometers away from the airport. I thought Asia Hotel might have Chinese service, but unfortunately there is no 🈚.

The overall hardware and management are average, and the location is okay. The value for money is terrible. I wouldn't recommend it. I changed hotels after just one night.

It seemed good at first, but after they found a grease stain on the table and smelled of onions, I couldn't give a good review. Plus, the checkout times listed on Trip Advisor were fraudulent. The hotel contacted me at 12 p.m. and demanded I leave. Even though I had the receipt and could show it, they couldn't give me a proper answer, saying it was Trip Advisor's mistake, even though I had proof of it in black and white. So, I couldn't recommend the deluxe room I booked.

The hotel service is very poor, the facilities are outdated and the environment is shabby.

We checked in at 3am on the first day, and the lights in the corridor were off. We found that one room had no towels, the toilet was not flushed, and another room had no mineral water, which meant that the cleaning was not done. We returned to the hotel on the second night and found that the room was not cleaned, the towels were not replaced, and the mineral water was not replenished. On the third day, there were still no towels, bath towels, and mineral water. It was only after I complained to the front desk that the housekeeping department sent them. This is the first time I heard that the cleaning and replacement of towels and bath towels will only be done if the guests take the initiative. The breakfast is not rich, and there will be nothing to eat if I go a little later. The hotel facilities are old and the service is not good. The only good thing is that it can send you to the airport for free.

The room is quite comfortable. The previous business trips were arranged by the client, but this time I chose it myself. The location is also very good and it is very clean. Facilities: Complete, you can ask the front desk for anything you need. Sanitation: Very clean, the bathroom is the most clean, I am very satisfied with this. Environment: Quiet, good soundproofing. Service: The service is very good, the ticket counter can even speak a few words of Chinese~
