No bathrobes were provided, and despite asking the front desk multiple times, they said they hadn't been delivered. It's right next to the train station, a 2-3 minute walk, but the area is a bit chaotic with quite a few beggars and drunk people. However, dining and shopping options are convenient.

This hotel boasts an excellent location right next to the train station, making it incredibly convenient for daily train excursions. The service and room facilities are also fantastic. I've stayed at three different hotels in Dusseldorf, and I can honestly say this one is the best. I'll definitely be returning here on my next visit, especially since the price is so reasonable.

This hotel apartment is very close to the Central Station, making transportation and shopping extremely convenient.

The hotel's location is, naturally, unbeatable, right next to the main train station. It's a very well-designed apartment hotel, and the facilities are new and excellent. For Europe, it's quite spacious and offers great value for money. I booked a studio apartment, and they even upgraded me to a suite, which was fantastic! My only confusion was why they replaced the sofa in the room with a sofa bed, especially since there were only two of us and we hadn't requested it. It took several back-and-forth communications with staff to get the sofa bed removed, which was a bit puzzling.
