酒店裝飾新，位於城中心，停車方便，離西山大橋、石板街、文峯園等景點很近，步行10來分鐘就可到達，周邊餐飲購物都很方便，前台小安、小張、小龍工作認真負責，服務態度好，熱心主動，還贈送了早點，餐廳工作人員也很友善，保潔阿姨也很有禮貌，會主動向客人問好，住在這太滿意了，又續住了一晚。

衞生：不好，床上有破洞，還有點臟，洗漱池裡也是臟的設施：一般般，兩個廁所，一個是全開放的環境：位置不是很好找，酒店不是臨街的，酒店門口比較狹窄保證延遲退房至15:00:退房時間這點很好

前台辦手續帶眼鏡的小姐姐服務態度好，但夜晚服務員效率不高。設施太差，想睡覺關不上燈，服務員告訴用力多按幾下，就是敲都不行，整晚睡不好，第二天早上的早餐除了粉意外基本沒有胃口，過於簡單了。

服務態度不好就算了，連對客户的需求完全不在意，明明看圖片是沒有這個大柱子，給了這個柱子房還不告知客户。客户要求更換也是置之不理，明明一樣的價格卻享受了低檔次的服務和房型，卻也沒有任何的説法，真的是非常失望！

早餐雖然簡單，但還可以，酒店的服務人員很熱情，服務態度很好，我們一行人共訂了4個房間，當天氣温很高，有近30攝氏度，進到房間就把空調調低了，但一點冷氣都沒有，跟前台溝通後，答覆是冷氣的主機還沒開，理由是往年3月份的都勻沒有這麼高的氣温，冷氣系統還沒有清洗、消毒，所以暫時還不能開，衹能開送風。後來前台提議給我們更換座向不同的房間，雖然也是沒有冷氣的，但該方向的窗户打開後有自然風通風，相對不會那麼熱。該酒店規模不算小，但竟然沒有自家的餐廳（衹有一個提供自助早餐的小餐廳），吃飯必須自行到外面去找。
