Grandview Apartments

Location: The location is praised for its proximity to Shelly Beach, Ballina town center, and other attractions like cafes, restaurants, and shopping facilities. Guests appreciate the quiet, residential area with easy access to beaches and downtown for groceries and shopping.

Great place to stay The apartment is amazing. Very modern and large. Very close to the beach. There were two things that could be improved: 1) check in instructions should be provided beforehand. We arrived after reception office hours and freaked out a bit as it's closed. Called the local numbers but went to answering machine. I saw there was a mobile number and I called there. Good thing it was picked up and advised where the keys was. They could've advised me beforehand how to get the keys in advance. 2) we found three live cockroaches during our stay. Perhaps some pest control would help. Other than that, the place was perfect.

Fastidiously clean complex everywhere. We stayed 5 nights in an air-conditioned ocean view 2 Bedroom apartment on the 6th floor. Also had River view at rear. A dedicated car park in secure underground car park. Reassuring with current spate of electrical storms. There was generous overflow parking on the street. Elevators. Lots of visible, hard working and pleasant Staff. Receptionist was thorough and pleasant. Spacious apartment had 2 large bathrooms and private balcony with fantastic ocean view to Shelly Beach. Huge open kitchen, dining, lounge area. All meticulous and user friendly. Large frig. Very quiet and lovely residential area near beaches and not in CBD which we liked but it was close to downtown for groceries and shopping. The RLS Club at Shelly had a coffee Cafe and Italian Restaurant Capiche nearby. Ballina is very beautiful with all the rivers, white sand inlets and ocean access. Lots of free parking. We visited many nearby towns and recommend Maclean particularly. We rode the fantastic Solar Train in Byron Bay and heartily recommend it.
