We had a lovely experience from start to finish at Lympstone Manor. We were lucky enough to stay & book Michael Caine's 10 year anniversary offer, otherwise it would probably have been too expensive for us. The food in the restaurant was excellent, the service was excellent & we loved staying in the Shepherds hut. Lovely setting next to the estuary, we had a couple of lovely walks, superb lunch & wine & the staff were all really friendly & attentive. A great stay from the moment we arrived until we left. Would definitely recommend as a special treat.

Wow! First time at Lympstone Manor and not disappointed! We were invited by friends for the “set lunch” …. From arrival to departure, very enjoyable, with gorgeous food, brilliantly presented.

Another great stay at Lympstone Manor. It has a professional but relaxed feel where if you require something or have a request then just ask. A lovely building, tastefully restored to a luxurious standard. Staff all friendly and helpful. Enjoyed a la carte and Estuary taster menu with all the extras you would expect with a Michelin Star experience. Excellent wine and drinks selection. Restaurant seemed full so even at mid week I would book early to secure your dining time. Superb grounds and vineyard.

This was the fifth R&C hotel we have stayed in this year and, as usual, it didn't disappoint. The service was probably the best of the five and the facilities were equally as good. The view from the room could have been better but as we were only staying one night (and we only live 5 miles away) it wasn't an issue. The food was up to the standard of a Michelin starred restaurant but it was the staff that made the experience so memorable - they were, without exception, outstanding.

Words simply cannot describe how special our stay was. Staff were insanely customer focussed, polite and true professionals. The Food was out of this world. Chef Cain is an absolute talent and purveyor of food we have never experienced before to such an exemplary standard and his passion is incredibly clear to see. Truly a very special person experience and one we hope to enjoy with friends again.

First time we have had afternoon tea here and it was wonderful. The sunshine helped but the food, tea and service were wonderful. The cakes were incredibly fine and delicious and the scones were light and crumbly - just the way they should be.

Had Sunday lunch in the Pool House. Lovely surroundings, fabulous food, attentive but not pushy staff. An all together pleasurable experience. Thank you for making our wedding anniversary lunch a memorable one.

We had been really looking forward to our visit to Lympstone and were certainly impressed by the venue and location - beautiful! The staff were also excellent and very attentive. However we didn’t like the 6 banquet style seating arrangements and had no view of the estuary at all (we thought we would definitely see it but alas no - ended up looking at wallpaper🙈) The food In our opinion was awful - baby food, salsifys, decoration and just not nice but that is totally our opinion and other people in the dining area enjoyed theirs! We won’t be going back!
