Shower did not work , Sink did not drain, Floors were disgusting, Room two doors down were in a very loud screaming fight till one in morning and the one stuffed chair in room was filthy. However refrigerator and TV worked great.

The photos in the add must be from some years back. The room seemed to be clean but the outside is worn and tired. Lots of trash in the bushes and around the doors. They have several monthly renters living in the units around our room. The photo in the add shows 2 photos of coffee and rolls. Take it down from the site, no coffee or rolls to be found at front desk.

I would not say at this place if it’s that last place to pick the room smelt nasty like cigarets the floor was coming apart there were a bunch of scratches all over the floor and night stands the only nice thing about is the bathroom and the beds are hard as a rock my back is hurting really bad and plus check is at 11am not 10 and the house keeping people came in when we were laying in bad like how rude know when checkout is

I liked the responsiveness of the front desk staff - they were great to accomodate my request to move to a more quit room. I also liked that the rooms were large, with microwave and refridgerator, TV and excellent working heat.

We arrived and the owner was rude. He said that I did not have a reservation (I showed him the email confirmation). Then he tried to sell me a room upstairs that he said is where his family stayed. Then he tried to sell me a room at a hotel down the road that he cousin ran. He was very rude with tone affect and words and condescending.
When I got hotels dot com on the speaker phone she even commented that she could hear the owner being rude
He then tried to get me to cancel the room so he could collect my money and sell the room to someone else. We are frequent travelers and have never encountered such a rude manager and such a scam for more money

We were in Alexandria Bay for the long weekend and wanted to drive 3 hours into our trip home Albany has always been a favorite place to stay enjoyed a great pizzeria nearby.

Booked this place to stay for a wedding a few miles away. Excellent price. THe outside was a mess. Litter all over cigarette butts and shopping cards all around. The room had an unpleasant oder. THe sheets had a number of rust stains. Called the 800 number and got my money back.
