It was -38 and the heat was turned off!!! We couldn't believe it when we walked in the suite. It was so cold, we turned on all the heaters, but it took hours to warm up. Also, there was no forks to eat and only one small spoon. It seems like the place is very poorly looked after. I reserved for 3 people and the pullout couch wasn't made, only 2 towels were there, and no additional pillows and/or blankets... Not sure if I can recommend

We enjoyed the location as it was just across the highway from the hot springs and ski hill. We were never told where the hot tub was on site or if it was working so that was too bad. The room was a good size and the full kitchen was excellent. We enjoyed the large jetted tub in the bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils.

Place was clean, could use a few more dishes and cutlery, a set of 4 makes for lots of washing dishes. The 1st night we pulled out the sofa bed and started searching for sheets/blankets and pillows, there were no pillows, so i called the front desk only to be told they were closed (it was almost 8:30) and they cant help, and to call back at 9am. Not super helpful. So my son slept with no pillows. The neighbor beside us flooded his place, so water went into ours, hard to soak up with only 2 towels that we got. And then he also set the smoke alarm off at 6am the next morning. Not the hotels fault, but not a great experience with him.

Stayed here for one night only on a business trip. This would be the perfect spot for someone looking for a whole suite and longer stay as it has all the amenities including a full kitchen and large living room. Very clean and comfortable

Cleaning supplies including a carpet cleaner were left in the room and there was bleach/water mixture on the tile floor that ruined my socks.
Building kind of smelled of sewage, wonder what happened in my room 😳

Stayed here in December. The property was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. It was really nice to have a suite with kitchen facilities and a separate bedroom. My only complaint is that the outdoor veranda lighting is on all night and the window blinds are woefully inadequate to block the light in the bedroom. Our bedroom was like daylight and so we didn’t sleep much. Tolerable for one night, but would not be acceptable for multiple nights.

Nice suite, although dated and quite noisy, even though there was only one other guest in the whole building. Well appointed and enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. Some noticable damage throughout the suite, the bathroom door is darkenned on the bottom from the baseboard heater, and we had to reattach the window arm to close the window in the living room. No ammenities in late fall, restaurant closed and no hot tub.
