They were very accommodating and greeted us warmly. The room was clean and organized. I liked this hotel because it is pretty close to the Amish store.

We had a very negative experience with this hotel. When we came into the hotel, we had to switch rooms because of the smoke smell in our room. In the new room, we found a bedbug as we were going to bed, and immediately told the manager and she confirmed seeing it. She said the manager would call us the next day. We left the hotel as we were not going to stay the night in a place with bedbugs. We didn't receive any contact from the hotel the next day. We called them, and the manager said they needed a pest control inspection to be done and they would call us back after that. Again, they did not call us back and we had to call ourselves to find out that the pest control apparently didn't find any bugs and that people were staying in the room again. Overall, a very frustrating experience. The hotel itself was very old and not in good condition, but ultimately we couldn't even sleep there because of their pest problem.

I was not happy that they did not acept my ARRP CARD & AAA CARD for my discount since I was not able to do online.

Very good location for traveling but the hotel is little bit old and need to be renovated.

It was a fine and decent establishment. My only complaint was that their wifi was out but otherwise it was alright

I was terribly bad. The room is dirty. My children got sick. They amenities are old and out of order. I will never book it again. It needs total remodeling.

Nice rooms and front desk clerk was very nice. Convenient location to shopping centers and plent of nearby food options. Definitely would stay again and recommend to others.

The stay was dangerous. I stayed in room 117. In the morning i walk into the bathroom and slipped and fell. Water was leaking from the electric exhaust fan, and there was about 3 inches of water on the bathroom floor. My head, neck, and back still hurt. that water was also flowing out if the ceiling into shower which could easily electrocute someone. When i looked at the vent after falling i could see discoloration around the vent indicating this problem had been reoccurring. I was not even offered a refund or compensation on a room in the future. If nothing is down i will pursure legal action.
