"The Premiere ICC Hotel is a fantastic choice, boasting a perfect location and amazing views that truly elevate the experience. The stay was enjoyable, but there were a few areas for improvement: Missing Amenities: We had to call to request gowns and slippers, which should ideally be provided automatically. One of the robes was still moist, suggesting it hadn’t been dried properly. Heating Issues: The heating either wasn’t working or we couldn’t figure out how to operate it, which made the room uncomfortable at times. Despite these issues, the hotel’s strengths make it a solid option, and with a little attention to detail, it could be even better."

"The hotel looks very grand upon entering. The staff at reception were very friendly. However, the housekeeping was inconsistent. I stayed for 3 nights at this hotel. The first night ,I had a shower cap provided and the next day it was removed and not replaced by a new one. On my third day at the hotel , my towels were removed and not replaced by new ones. In addition, the hotel staff assigned my room to another person while I was there. So I got quite a surprise when someone almost walked into my room in the evening. This is not only a mistake on the staff's side but also a major safety risk for guests."
