Great location, easy walk to the free tram to explore the city. Quality breakfast buffet, and very friendly staff. Super comfortable bed

Reception was ready to receive us with a smile even though it was wee hours in the morning due to a delayed flight. Room service was quick and the food delicious. Room was clean and comfortable. Rain shower was very welcomed. All in all, 10/10.

A bit of a wait to check in. Breakfast buffet ok but not as wide a range or the quality of the best. Satisfactory stay but not a 5 star establishment. Solid 4 stars.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and quiet, and we liked being just a little out of the hustle and bustle of the city but it was just a short walk away. The staff were helpful and friendly, parking was easy and we will rebook there next time we have a stay in Melbourne.

The hotel is located closely to the tram station and is only three stops away from the city centre. The room is tidy and clean. Only thing that bothered me is the drain at the toilet smelled a bit. The hotel charged overnight parking at a reasonable price. Overall, a good stay.

Good breakfast with many options and best things till 1030am. Friendly staff and they allowed us to check in early when the room was available. Room condition is clean and well-maintained. Definitely be back on my next Melbourn trip.

The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the city. There are also several restaurants nearby. Opposite the Australian Open venue, the station is at the door. Room hygiene: The first room I entered may not have been cleaned. It was dusty and the trash can was not put away properly. I changed to another room later. The breakfast was good. There is a big and beautiful park outside the hotel.

Next to the hotel is a park, where there are rugby and tennis courts, and further south is the National Botanical Gardens. The location is good. One problem is that the air conditioner cannot be turned off, and the other problem is that the window cannot be opened for ventilation. The weather in Melbourne is very good, and it is very pleasant to open the window and breathe fresh air. The parking lot is 45 Australian dollars per night. This is my second time in Melbourne. I stayed here last time, and I stayed for 4 nights this time. The gym and the bar on the first floor are both good. It is relatively affordable among the five-star hotels in Melbourne. Booked this place to watch Zhou Shen's Melbourne concert. It's very close to the venue and very convenient.

The hotel room is OK, at least it is a five-star hotel, and the amenities and environment are acceptable. But when I checked out, the front desk wanted to charge me for breakfast. I showed him the Ctrip order, which clearly included three breakfasts, but the front desk said it couldn't be found. If you don't speak English well, you may be charged this fee, and it wasted a lot of time for him to check this issue. The quality of the breakfast is really average, and many of the dishes are not clean.

The location is excellent, with a bustling environment and quiet environment. Just across the street is Firzroy Gardens, Captain Cook's Cottage and the exquisite indoor gardens, and the green lawn is very healing. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to the graffiti wall and Flinders Railway Station.

Because of the ballon trip, I booked this hotel. My child was pricked by a needle when he opened the toilet paper box. The front desk explained that it was a mistake made by the staff.
