Frequently visit this place was always satisfied but unfortunately, this visit was not a good one. Showerhead was not properly fixed spraying all over the place. Hopefully they will fix it for the next visit.

Always a pleasure staying here. But disappointed that we had requested a specific room, were told we would be booked in it, but, when we arrived, someone else had been given the room. So we ended up with a double room not as nice as the room we normally stay in.

I very rarely leave reviews on anything, but I HAD to for this. The front desk guy that checked me in at night had a really bad attitude, he was sleeping when I came in and had to wake up to check me in, that’s probably why the attitude. Completely unprofessional. The other guy was not much better. The only one that was nice was the one with completely white hair in the day. I only had Wi-Fi for the first night. They did not do anything to correct this. Otherwise, the place needed updating /renovation and better cleaning- had a weird smell. I only stayed because it was non-refundable and too expensive to move during the holidays. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE.
