I waited for over an hour at the airport because the shuttle bus wasn’t running, and the hotel didn’t answer their phone. The next day, they suddenly canceled my room as well. Although everything got resolved, it was very frustrating and exhausting. It's a shame because I've always used Hilton, but I've never experienced these issues in other cities.

The facilities are old and there is an extra charge for parking. I booked a room with breakfast, but they also charged for breakfast, and it was not cheap.
