Great property , fantastic service and overall super experience in family vacations . Staff was courteous, food was good. View from the room is awesome and spacious rooms . Hospitality of Taj is unbeatable and would definitely come back if given a chance to location .

My stay at Vivanta Gangtok was phenomenal! Stunning natural scenery, eco-friendly practices, and warm hospitality made it unforgettable. The cozy bar was a highlight with great drinks and charm. Special thanks to Pubyong from reservations for exceptional service! Highly recommend!!

I visited with my wife and daughter. The hotel is in a peaceful location and the staff is amazing. Particular mention of Mr. Anisur who made our dining experience great. The view of mountains adds to the beauty of the hotel. Overall a great experience.

The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and excellent service. The staff were consistently warm and professional, making me feel truly welcome. I want to especially appreciate Anisur, who served us at the restaurant. His attentiveness, friendly nature, and genuine effort to ensure we had a great dining experience did not go unnoticed. He was always ready to assist with a smile, which made a real difference during our stay. Vivanta exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable experience.

The staff were polite and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience throughout my stay. I’d like to specially mention Anisur, a waiter at the restaurant, who went above and beyond to make our dining experience exceptional. He was courteous, prompt, and very helpful—truly an asset to the team. His service stood out and added a personal touch to our visit. I would gladly recommend Vivanta and look forward to returning.

The thing that made my stay delightful was the hospitality especially of the waiter his approach, the way of talking and clearing my question was excellent. The cleanliness of the rooms was to the top. The atmosphere was quite good at my time of visit

It was good but approach road is horrible.hotel doesn't hv buffet and food is expensive,limited dishes in brkfast and same menu repeated daily.spa was good.the tenplevis nice.shopping places are far off so travelling cost is more.staff is good and knowledgable though.

Serene location and excellent staff. Very well planned building with the 5 elements and the best part is no plastic bislery bottles. The temple arti in the vicinity adds to the whole experience. Live band at the restaurant gives out great vibes. Being a Pet friendly hotel adds to our holiday experience.
