I chose this hotel because of its location - arrive straight from Suvarnabhumi airport via Airport Rail Link (ARL), no need to take taxi or shuttle bus/coach. 

For city centre, we can also take BTS Sukhumvit line at the nearby Phaya Thai station. 

Breakfast here is great with so many choices and varieties. This is one of my favourite breakfast apart from the one at The Peninsula.

Room is clean and tidy and overall services are outstanding and IMHO in par with some well-known 6-star hotels.

Only complaints: No conditioner inside room or provided when requested, they only provide something called “conditioning shampoo” instead of separate shampoo and conditioner…….

Highly recommended for people looking for a convenient, value-for-money, genuine 5-star hotel at the city centre of Bangkok!

Never such mixed opinions for a hotel.
My first impressions of this hotel were outstanding- private checking in at the executive lounge, spacious and modern rooms, evening cocktail hours (5:30-7:30pm) at the executive lounge… but setbacks kept coming up as we stayed longer in this hotel.
The UPSIDE:
1. Spacious executive room with a nice bathroom 
2. Great variety for breakfast at the main restaurant 
3. Yummy a la carte breakfast menu at the lounge 
4. Complimentary laundry for executive rooms
5. Prompt services
The DOWMSIDE:
1. Sockets are unstable, even with the charger I borrowed from housekeeping. On and off all the time.
2. Horrible and wobbly tables, from bedside tables to tables in the restaurant and lounge. Extremely irritating.
3. Came a little late (6:45pm) for the cocktail hour. One of the dishes looked like beef skewers but there were three left when we got there. Then the staff refilled with (McDonald’s) chicken nuggets🤷♀️ Other food and drink selections were quite decent.
4. My daughter was told she was showing too much skin for the lounge when she actually wore a proper dress… and yet there were people wearing flip flops, kids running around barefoot, and kids rolling on the floor, plus people taking off their footwear and putting their bare feet on chairs 🤷♀️ in the executive lounge.
5. The lobby was a circus sometimes. I actually witnessed a woman putting her bare feet on the table in the lounge.
6. Although connected with the BTS, not many places you can get to on foot. Not much to see or do within walking distance.
If you are looking for a real five-star hotel, I’d recommend that you pay a couple of thousand Bhat or so to stay at such as the Grand Hyatt or the Peninsula - you really get what you pay for and you will certainly feel huge differences.
I would probably call this hotel a budget 5-star hotel.

We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and quality service. The rooms were exceptionally clean, neat, and thoughtfully arranged, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Every detail, from the fresh linens to the modern amenities, was perfectly taken care of. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. Whether it was giving directions, recommending local attractions, or simply ensuring we were comfortable, their service was top-notch. We can't wait to return! and the food was really good!


Helpful Tip:
If you're staying at Eastin Thana City Golf Resort Bangkok and want to explore central Bangkok, plan for extra travel time. It's about 30–45 minutes from the city center. 

For a smooth and affordable trip, use Grab (the local ride-hailing app) or BTS SkyTrain to Udom Suk, and consider booking airport transfers (hotel shuttle to airport service last trip is at 19:00) in advance since the resort is conveniently located near Suvarnabhumi Airport (20-40min ride) . 

Also, don’t miss the peaceful early morning walk around the golf course. It's a refreshing way to start your day before heading into the bustle of the city!

This hotel is amazing. Great location, it was right next to Maya Mall, across the street from One Nimman, within walking distance to many cafes and 7elevens. Service is amazing, staff were very polite and very efficient. The hotel, lobby, and my room were all very clean, and cleaned well daily. No complains at all!

The TV is a smart TV, can use Netflix, Disney+, Youtube and a few other apps. 

Overall very satisfied with this hotel and highly recommend it. Will definitely want to book this hotel again if i ever visit Chiang Mai again.
