Comfortable hotel. It is quite far from the city but it’s a great option if you actually need to be nearby. Staff is kind. There is a gym next door which we can go 24/7.

A old run down hotel, TVs are tiny and outdated.
Staff lie about checking time claiming it's 3pm when it clearly listed 2pm on trip.com, they force you to checkout at 11am which the checkout should be pushed back to 12pm considering the late check-in. But the staff seem rude and patronising

The room was large, the surroundings were quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel front desk was very friendly and even gave me a free drink after registering as a member. There is a large shopping mall in Castle Hill nearby.

The location is quite remote, an hour's drive from the city. The nearby restaurants close very early, and you have to rush to eat after 8 o'clock. The restaurant in the hotel also closes at 9 o'clock. The prices are relatively high.
