The roof was fine but everything else was not. The photos do reflect the room and the room was perfectly fine. The front desk gal was awesome and helpful. However, I did not feel safe at all. Solo travelers be aware that the area is fine but as soon as you pull in, it is completely different. I almost went back to the front desk to ask for my money back and look for a different accommodation. I normally do not stay at Red Roof because of past experiences but I wanted to give this a try because the price was great. However, my safety is more important than the price.

The property was easy and safe which is a huge benefit. Cameras and a well lit parking lot were definitely a plus. I would stay here again anytime

Called me the day of check in to let me know my card declined. Because- I wasn't AT the property CHECKING IN! How is this legal? When I chose "Pay AT Property?" So, my card was charged before i even checked into my room. I asked for 1st floor and got 2nd...The room was small and there were a couple of issues with it- such as: the light in the bathroom was dim and the fan was loud. The chair at the desk was broken and ripped up and the freezer needed defrosting...I wish I could add pics to this review. One last thing is that theres no smoking in the rooms- which i love, however, there isnt anywhere to put cigarette butts so theyre all over sidewalks and ground and get tracked into the room

Service desk worker was friendly. Room was everything expected for a quick overnight stay due to working out of town. Some items in the room was rusted (electrical) that should be looked at or changed out.

Run down but sweet workers Bathroom door doesnt close due to the position of the toilet. Dirty floors, bathtub is chipping away. Not a great room for the price i paid

The chair had a broken wheel and one of the lights went out, due to bulb being bad.
