We were disappointed in this hotel and expected more. The room was well appointed but dark and a complicated lighting system that we could not work out after 4 days. The toiletries provided were excellent but on one of the evenings there was a smell of raw sewage that perminated the room. The pool was empty despite some days the temperature hitting 29. Also most of garden was cordoned off so you could not sit out unless by the restaurant. The breakfast was certainly plentiful but on the first day we had to ask twice for a coffee. We ate once in the restaurant and despite a fancy menu we would not advise this. Being trendy they ask you to download the menu. Our phones had connection problems so we struggled with this. The starters were mixed . Mine was different and tasty hubby's was like a posh onion soup. As we said you need your phone for the menu but this will also keep you amused in the long hours between courses.(there were 6 people dining). The main courses came it was small tasty but not satisfying (given the time we waited). It was also expensive for what if was. I guess it was trying to be something t definitely wasn't. The shop and museum are worth visiting. The staff polite but certainly not warm.

Amazing breakfast, amazing place. Highly recommend staying here, my wife and I really enjoyed it. There is a bald gentleman who’s name I didn’t catch, his service was impeccable. The white wines were lovely, as was the bread that come out before meals.

Great hotel with perfect service quality and hospitality at north west side of Turkey. Wine and couisine were excellent. Very clean. I highly recommend for a short relaxing getaway. Facility also includes one of its kind vine museum. Don’t forget to buy some wine on your way out.

Fantastic hotel, staff could not be more helpful, an oasis of comfort and calm. The breakfast was a feast with fresh produce. Wine tasting was great, as was the wine museum they have on site. The hammam is not to be missed. For me one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in.

Şarap tadımı, spası, odalarının kalitesi ve müzesiyle mükemmel bir deneyim. Herkese tavsiye ederiz, huzurlu, keyif alabileceğiniz bir yer. Fine dining alanında yaratıcı ve leziz yemeklerine de bayıldık. Aile veya romantik geziler için tercih edilmesi kesinlikle önerilir!!

We arrived late October, end of tourist season, nevertheless the services were kept perfect from receptionist to waiters and cleaning personel. A hearty breakfast with a good blend of Turkish and International delights. The restaurant has a beautiful decor and tasty food. I found the local wines served quite expensive, but I found these high prices in many other restauants is Turkey.

Fabulous 2 night stay. We would stay again and wanted to stay longer. Beautiful property and room. Modern, clean, decor superb Architectural Digest quality. We felt pampered. Value & cost is well warranted. Service was equally superb even with different languages.

Çok şık, stil sahibi bir butik otel. Mimarisi çok başarılı, yönetim kısmında ise Oteli müdürlüğünü yapan eski ODURLA, Voque restoran müdürü İsmail Kaya ile karşılaşmak da çok güzel bir tesadüf oldu.. Oteli de tesadüfen internetten bağ otelleri olarak araştırdığımda karşıma çıkmıştı. İyi ki bağ otellerinden bu oteli seçtik, bu oteli seçtiğimiz için çok memnun kaldık. Üstelik bir şarap uzmanı, çok iyi bir rehber Murat Yankı ile şarap tadımı yaptık. Türkiye’nin ilk ve tek şarap müzesinin olduğu bu oteli kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.
