The room is clean and equipped with high tech facilities. The counter staff were very warm and helpful. The following are just 2 examples. 

One of the staff members by the name of ‘Xiao Yee’ helped relentlessly to search for the missing item which was supposed to have been delivered to the hotel but was not found. They contacted the delivery company to identify the item. 

I can feel their genuine concern and help rendered when I encountered problems with my booking to the airport. All three counter staff who were on duty helped me in contacting the Didi driver who did not turn up and showed so much concern in waiting for the car to arrive and inform the driver that I need to rush for my flight. Appreciate their help very much and I felt very much at home.

A very nice hotel with friendly staffs support throughout the day. The rooms are clean, big, and equiped with high technologies that facilitate the stays. Highly recommended for all sorts of travellers to stay. It also have washing machines service for free for long stay traveller that needs to wash their clothes.
Overall a very pleasant stay in this hotel, will stay again for the next visit.

The room was very comfortable. Bed, pillows and duvet were superb. It was very convenient they have the Xiao Du so you can turn on off the tv without looking for the remote. You can close open the curtains while lying on your bed ! Something I couldn’t do when I stayed in brand names 5 star hotels. In addition the toilet can be flushed just by waving your foot at it so you don’t have to hunt for flushing levers. 

I am impressed !

I truly enjoyed my stay here at this hotel as I usually rate cleanliness as my main priority. The bedsheets and towels are clean without stains and I like hotels where the flooring is not carpeted. The location is superb,  less than 2 mins walk to shibaiqiao station. The toilet flushing system is very good too, and the housekeeping staff ensures that the daily toiletries are provided. If you need to do your laundry , the washing machine automatically adds the detergent and fabric softener hence, saves you the hassle of having to pack your own detergent. There are 2 lifts currently on maintenance and upgrading, so only one lift is available,therefore be prepared for the waiting time. However, the work in progress is expected to be completed by end of this week so it would not be an issue for guests who intend to stay in the following months. The front counter staff did pre-empt us in advance on this but it didn't affect us as there was hardly noise. Despite some waiting time for the lift, I would still rate this hotel overall as excellent for the location, convenience and cleanliness!

Hotel is about 5 minutes walk from Metro stop Gongyuanqian (公园前)， exit I2.
Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Room are clean and equipped with latest technology. 
As for location, its excellent with easy access to metro, food and nearby Beijing Rd Cultural Tourism Zone
I will choice to stay here again for my next trip to Guangzhou

The room was very clean and comfortable to stay in. The most important thing is that the small refrigerator is always open, so you can drink ice-cold Pepsi when you go in, and buy a small watermelon or a large pineapple to cool down and enjoy.

Really one of the most helpful stuff i have ever seen i love the place and the stuff the manger was very friendly the reception was very helpful full they helped in ordering food navigating the way and i asked the reception about everything they always help mrs connicol had a very good hospitality thank you all￼

· 💰 **Excellent Value:** Compared to hotels inside the park, it's significantly more affordable without compromising on convenience. Highly recommend! This will definitely be my go-to hotel next time I visit Chime-Long Guangzhou!

1st trip to Guangzhou, and glad that had booked Yizhi Hotel (located near Chenjiaci). Although is located at the old town, location is very convenient, walking distance (approx 20mins) to上下九 ，陈家祠, and few shopping malls, convenient stores, local eateries nearby. Hotel staff very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast menu is quite standardised, but all are good and sufficient. The parcels pickup service provided by hotel is also a plus point. As we visited GZ during summer, weather was challenging, the hotel air conditioning is superb to keep us cool whenever we were back with sweaty and heaty body. 小度room AI control system is impressive and fun. Overall, i will recommend this hotel to my relatives and friends for their trip as it's very family friendly, although there is only 1 lift in the hotel, but not a big issue as only 9 floors in total. There is a Spa and Ear Cleaning service but i didnt have the time to try it out during my short stays, but I'll return.

When we visited Guangzhou's old town with our kids, we opted for this Yizhi Hotel due to its convenient location near Yongqing Fang. It's part of the Hualvhui chain, and it's pretty much become our go-to accommodation for all our recent trips to Guangzhou.

Our room was spacious, bright, and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The 'Xiao Du' smart assistant was a handy feature for controlling room functions and even contacting the front desk.

The front desk staff, particularly the lady we spoke with, were incredibly patient and attentive, always ready to assist and resolve any issues promptly.

This hotel is definitely our top choice for families or anyone traveling to Guangzhou in the future. Highly recommended!

The Easy Comfort Hotel Luohu is situated in the vibrant Luohu commercial district. Its location is incredibly convenient, with the metro station just a 5-minute walk away, making it ideal for both business trips and leisure travel. The hotel's overall design is minimalist and modern. The lobby is bright and spotless, creating an excellent first impression. Rooms are a good size with a thoughtful layout and comfortable bedding. Some higher-floor rooms even offer scenic city views. The bathroom facilities are quite new, and the wet/dry separation design is highly practical. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic, responding promptly to requests. The surrounding area boasts excellent amenities, with a wide array of dining options, convenience stores, and supermarkets. Several shopping malls are also within walking distance.

Because I was going to watch a game at Buji Sports Center, I chose this hotel nearby. The environment and hygiene are good. It is very close to the subway station. It is faster to take the high-speed rail to Shenzhen North Station than to take a taxi. There are also many delicious foods around. In the evening, takeaways are also delivered by robots, which is very safe.
I just want to complain a little. Because I don’t like others to enter the room during my stay, I always hang a do not disturb sign, but the cleaning staff still came in to clean... I hope that you will pay attention to the rooms with do not disturb signs in the future.

The little brother and sister were very patient and even helped upgrade the room. The hotel is well maintained. I really think it’s good. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Zhaoqing.
