Hotel room was clean and with all required amenities. Reception is not open 24 hrs but we were given instructions on where to find the key card and everything was fine.
Free parking outside the hotel. No coffee making facilities in the room but there were machines available in the breakfast room - at a charge.

The location is perfect, while being drunk from avenue de champagne you can walk home. It’s old and shabby, so don’t expect anything fancy at all. But it works, other options are either more expensive and less good location

Very decent mid-range hotel.
Simple but very clean and functional rooms. Canal+ channel package.
Very polite and welcoming staff, always with a smile. The lounge area in the rotunda-shaped veranda is beautifully decorated, where you can enjoy a drink at a very affordable price (champagne, bottled or draft beers, white or red wine, etc.). A pellet stove makes it even more cozy; we had a great time. It felt good.
The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. They kindly offered to store our bikes with theirs.

The hotel has terrible isolation. You can hear everything that happens in the neighbors' rooms.
