Facilities are very old & rusty; room is too small; location is convenient though

We booked the bigger room for 2 adults and 2 kids, but inside were only 2 chair and tiny table. It was horrible to have a breakfast inside. We wouldn’t come back there again. Very old motel, price doesn’t match the expectations.

I booked two rooms for us and for my sister and husband. I and my husband stayed in room 14 . The room was smelly and I turned on the air conditioner . But the air condition had water dripping down and we turned off during the night . The bathroom was worn out and the soap holder had a big area of black surface . The bathroom door was difficult to close . The towels were old . However the location is excellent and close to supermarket and restaurant. I hope the hotel manager can pay attention to room 14 for the next guest

This place needs a major revamp. The bathroom vanity is water damaged and wood is fraying on the edges. The carpet is very old - there is a smell.
Most fixtures are old, dingy and dated. The bed was comfortable at least.
I know it is a 3 star motel but when paying over $250 per night (no breakfast), you kinda expect a certain level of quality.

It’s an old motel, carpet dirty toilet needs a refurbishment, towels needs to be replaced almost torn, while bed sheets are ok the blanket is filthy.

I found the place e quite grim, as soon as you opened the door the room smelt, so had to get some air freshener. It was very dated and needs a good overhaul of the property. The bench outside was also broken and the bbq area very unclean especially the bbq itself. I would not stay here again
