Had a great room, quite large and very comfortable. Bed and pillows were wonderful. Liked the fact that as a "stay over", houses keeping was not at my door everyday.
Front desk staff was kind and courteous and made my stay very nice.

We booked the hotel about 10 minutes before we checked in to get a few hours of sleep on a road trip. The check in process was easy and the front desk was very friendly (even at midnight!) and gave us water and cookies. The rooms were clean and they accommodated my husband and his service animal. Would stay here again!

This property is always clean inside and out , I feel safe at all times.Staff are always helpful, friendly and professional .
The restaurant on property is an added bonus. This is my place to stay when I’m in town.

The entire hotel wreaked like ****. The lobby. The elevators. The halls. The room. Everywhere absolutely stunk.
I waited with several guests at the front desk calling for over an hour trying to get any staff members help with breakfast and eventually gave up. I was charged for an included breakfast, but when I went to the buffet, I was told that it wasn’t. Why was I charged for breakfast when it wasn’t provided? I even called room service for help and still, no one answered. I chose this hotel based upon the name’s reputation of quality, but the cheap travel motel would have been far superior.

While a good location, this is a very old property. While the lobby has been updated, our room was very bad. Bathroom had lots of cracked tile in the shower and floor. Carpet was beyond worn down. Only one side of the bed had a night stand and the light on that one was a bare bulb - no lamp shade. The side with no night stand had no way to plug in devices to charge. WiFi was slower than old AOL dial up.TV remote was non-functional. Overall the room looked like it had not been remodeled or refreshed in several decades. Staff was rude and unresponsive to any issues we raised. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Not clean
Room was dirty. There were hairs all over the floor of the bathroom and stains through out room. It was very gross
