Don't be deceived by the positive reviews. This is a hotel with absolutely terrible service. The hotel messed up my reservation, giving me the wrong, smaller room. I overpaid for the reservation and they didn't care about fixing my situation. The room didn't have blinds letting all light go through. I would advise that you find another property with better customer service.

This place was nice to stay at except for sleeping. The pillows might as well have not even been there. I have not seen pillows that were basically nothing since the 80's. The bed was ok but could have been better.

The whole thing was a disaster. I got to my room. The maid came in that next day. Wanted to know if she could clean, but I was getting ready to go so I said no she never came back. They were supposed to make a 4 o’clock wake up call, which I reminded them of twice, which they didn’t make so I missed my flight. I had to go downstairs to make new reservations I made when I got to the airport. They didn’t have reservations. I can tell you I will never, and I may never use your hotel again.

This hotel is clean and comfortable bed. Staff are respectful and very friendly

The staff are extremely rude.
The toilet wouldn’t flush, it took 45 minutes for maintenance to plunge the toilet.
The pool opens at 9am however at 10am maintenance decided to clean pool, which took over an hour, on a Saturday.
The air unit was weak. It never got to the temperature it was set on.
Overall this hotel is not a place I would recommend or stay again.

Stay was okay. The staff didn’t come not once out of my 4 day stay to clean / bring extra coffee or towels even when I called twice a day to ask. My request was ignored many times making my stay uncomfortable to lay in a dirty room

Service was mediocre at best. Amenities were 2 out of 5. The restaurant physically exists but was not in service during our stay. If you want to call it that. More like a residential kitchen. We were told that the cook and bartender (same person) was out for a family emergency and no services were available. We have stayed at hotels less than half the cost that offered better rooms, service and amenities. Extremely disappointed. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. I chose this location and paid more to try to make sure we had a good experience. We made the best of the situation but it certainly was not the highlight of our celebratory weekend.
