top floor boards creaked while guests moved about above us did not sleep well. Room was too small linen had holes in it not recommended for a weeks stay

The location of the hotel was great, but that was just about it. Check in/check out time was one of the worst I had encountered. I arrived at the hotel about 2:25pm from a rather long trip but was told Check in started by 3pm, Checkout 10am. The waiting lobby/reception was crowded with lots of persons, noisy etc. The hotel looked like a student hostel. It was just for the night so I managed through and left ASAP next morning. Will not go back - ever.

The staff were polite and helpful and met my request for a ground floor room. The room is what you'd expect for a budget hotel. The bed and the bathroom were clean. Shower was very good. Our room could have stood a lick of paint, but overall we got what we paid for, so no complaints
