This is a standard InterContinental hotel. It is just so-so. The room facilities are old. The hotel staff service is generally above average. The night shift service attitude is much better than the day shift service attitude. The hotel location is OK. It is within walking distance to the city center, 10 minutes walk

Wasn't able to pay for an early check in due to our room not being ready. Friendly at reception. Room itself was very run down and dirty. Curtain hanging off track. Bathroom was dirty. Shower head was black, grime in between glass shwer screens which were also completely watermarked. Handles and light switch plates also grimy. Toilet seat was very loose. After complaining reception insisted room would be cleaned following day. This hotel needs a refurb. It's very tired and defintitely a budget one. Good location but over priced (as all do when the rugby is on). Not worth £600 for 3 nights. Stayed at Ten Hill Place last time, much nicer!

Lovely staff who looked out for us. Decent location. Building has seen better days and our room was cold. The characters from this sentence onwards are because this silly TripAdvisor site makes me use a minimum quantity of characters in order to do a review. Like they're doing me some sort of service and I'm desperate to contribute. Frankly this just leads to time wasting nonsense like this and a refusal to review in the future. Nice one TripAdvisor. You clowns.
