Travelodge Edinburgh Haymarket

Medium size hotel with large room and bathroom. A bit walk from Haymarket station. Nice and friendly staff. The bathroom is quite spacious and the water pressure are high. Clean room and with window.

Great location, comfy bed, great view from bedroom. Lack of attention to detail meant I had no soap in shower, and unusable coffee machine . A generally cool casual attitude from staff. Bit more effort would make this a much better experience. Maybe the footfall means they don’t have to try. A shame.

I've been using travelodge for our hotel accommodation. So far this the cleanest and friendliest. Kudos to everyone working here.

Excellent stay. Recently refurbished to a high standard. Comfy bed with extra pillows available and good facilities. Easy checkin and secure access if returning later at night. Friendly staff. Located in a quiet, safe area close to all transport links.

The hotel is just a few minutes from the train station and many shops and restaurants, but it's on a residential side street, so it's nice and quiet. The building is beautiful and quaint, with winding halls and nice views over the courtyard and city from the upper floors. The room was clean, with a comfy bed, plenty of space, and enough outlets for all your devices (sometimes a problem in older buildings, but not here). And last, but not least, although we were only there one night, the staff were very helpful and friendly. All in all, a very nice experience, and, after having looked at many AirBnBs in the city, a good value for the price. Would definitely stay again!

I was in Edinburgh for a conference and chose to save my organisation some money by staying in a Travelodge. I had expectations of a modern building with the usual standard rooms and bolted-down furniture. What a joy when I was met with a warm smile and a *huge* room (recently refurbished) in a clean, Georgian terrace hotel. My window view was of the cathedral and the castle. And the beds.....! So comfortable! What a fantastic find - I look forward to booking in this hotel again.

Came to Edinburgh for the weekend with my friends, was assisted upon arrival by a nice lady called Olivia. She was more than happy to help us get checked in early due to our change of plans. Every other request made she went above and beyond to help us and make our stay enjoyable. Olivia is a real credit to the branch.
