The worst hotel I have ever stayed. No lift access to our room, and the staff that did check in for us is very impolite! Hotel bathroom only has hot water for 1 person to take a hot shower then turned into warm water only. Overall a very bad experience. Avoid this hotel. All these staircase we have to carry our suitcases, because the impolite staff not capable of finding someone to help.
1. 房间设施缺陷：
- 客房竟无电梯通达，本人被迫自行搬运沉重行李箱上下楼梯；
- 浴室热水供应严重不足，仅够一人淋浴后即变为温水，完全无法满足基本需求。
2. 服务态度恶劣：
- 前台员工办理入住时态度极其粗鲁无礼；
- 当本人请求协助搬运行李时，该员工明确拒绝协调人员支援

Good location and good breakfast, although in the old refurbished building, it provides such a great service to us. But the air in the room is a bit breathless and ventilation is really annoying.

The hotel decor, cleanliness, and ambience were all excellent. My only complaint was the bed ,it was the worst we have ever slept on. My husband and I spent the night holding on to the edge as it sunk so baddly in the middle. Our first night was in rm 105, we complained to reception and were moved to 203. However the bed was only marginally better. The headboard is also too far away from the bed,causing the pillows to fall down the back of the bed.
I feel it is such a shame as everything else was so good.
I would also like to compliment all of your staff, they were so well mannered, pleasant and professional.
Please sort out your beds,it is so important and is the only thing letting your beautifull hotel down.
