The worst hotel I have ever stayed. No lift access to our room, and the staff that did check in for us is very impolite! Hotel bathroom only has hot water for 1 person to take a hot shower then turned into warm water only. Overall a very bad experience. Avoid this hotel. All these staircase we have to carry our suitcases, because the impolite staff not capable of finding someone to help.

The hotel reception was very friendly and introduced us to nearby dining options. For breakfast, besides the cold buffet, you could also order a hot dish, but the wait was a bit long.
