Edward was one of the friendliest and gentler reception I have ever met in the UK, he spoke very good English and helped us talk to Uber drivers on the phone, he was very nice!

Location is 5 to 10 minutes walk from Waverly train station. Just turn RIGHT from the MAIN STREET. Staff was helpful in arranging a cab for us to airport costing only £28 for 2 of us. IF we took the tram, our costing would be £15, but you needed to drag your luggage 🧳 and if raining 🌧 will be tough.
The washing machine works well and come with ironing facilities.
There's a iron with ironing board. Me managed to washed and iron all my clothes after 6 nights before flying off to Bergen.
I will definitely recommend to all my friends.

The pantry utensils were not cleaned
at checkout for which they forfeited the security amount of 100 pounds .

Very clean. I booked it for my parents who were visiting Edinburgh. The front desk was very welcoming and the service was attentive. The uncle who cleaned the room was very handsome~
The transportation is quite convenient. It is between the Carlton Walking Path and Princes Street, and the Edinburgh Tour Bus departure station is right outside the door!
I will recommend friends and parents who come here to visit again next time~

The room was big and nice, and the front desk was very nice. They also helped me print out the reservation form for tickets to the Palace of Holyroodhouse. Conveniently located to the train station, Edinburgh Castle, Palace of Holyroodhouse, and Calton Hill. . . Not far to walk. It's just that the location of the hotel is not very accurate. If you walk along Princes Street towards Calton Hill, you will pass by the hotel gate. The navigation is incorrect when it tells you to turn downhill. Otherwise, there is no problem.
