Exceeded expectations! Very convenient and safe, perfect for family trips. It costs about £11 by taxi from the train station, saving you the hassle of dragging luggage up stone stairs.

1. Luggage storage is not free. Be aware, this is the first pitfall. 2. The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable; it's just a sofa pulled out to become a terrible bed. 3. The kitchenware and other facilities are very old. 4. The rules state that check-in is only allowed after 3:00 PM. If you arrive early, you'll be charged for luggage storage. 5. The front desk is just a small room, less than 15 square meters. This company clearly lacks proper infrastructure. 6. The accommodation is far from the front desk, making it essentially a disguised guesthouse. 7. I don't recommend staying in the New Town. All the attractions are in Edinburgh's Old Town, making travel extremely inconvenient.

Had a wonderful two nights in Edinburgh. The hotel apartment was spacious with a large cooking area and all the necessary facilities, even disposable salt and pepper packets were provided. A very satisfying stay.

Fantastic! They must have upgraded us because the experience was amazing. The whole place was large and new, and the apartment-style setup was incredibly well-equipped, making it feel just like home. The service was top-notch, truly touching. The hotel's location is superb, with supermarkets nearby, and it's a safe area. A quick heads-up: when using navigation (especially Baidu or Gaode Maps from China), **do not** take West Maitland Road. It's a fast lane and not meant for pedestrians or regular traffic. Instead, you can set your intermediate destination to Heymarket Station (train station) to avoid this incorrect route.

The room was very spacious and came with a full kitchen, including a coffee maker and microwave. It was also very clean, and the bathroom was large, making it perfect for families. Supermarkets and restaurants are easy to find nearby, and it's within walking distance of the old town attractions.

Given that it's a serviced apartment, the room is quite spacious, offering excellent value for money in the UK. The kitchenette, washing machine, and capsule coffee machine are all very convenient. It would be even more perfect if there were a small oven or toaster.
