This hotel is really my favorite hotel in the past few days in the UK. In fact, it is only a long way up the slope from Edinburgh Waverley Station, but I took a taxi with my luggage and arrived in a few minutes. I booked a room with a terrace online for two days, but for some reason (maybe the hotel is too popular), she took me to a terrace overlooking the patio on the first day. I didn't like it very much. If I live upstairs, there will be no terrace. I negotiated with their manager and if I live upstairs, there will be no terrace on the first day. On the second day, I can upgrade to a terrace for free (a bit speechless, but I don't want to be affected by such things when I go out to play). So I think it's better to live upstairs for one day without a terrace. On the second day, they changed my room. Edinburgh is really a great city. The whole city has a medieval atmosphere. Jay Chou's MV "Obviously" was also shot in Edinburgh, a city named after romance, especially on rainy days, it's great! But at least three days are required, not too short, so that you can have fun without being too rushed! So after changing to a room with a terrace on the second day, I booked another day! I really like the room they changed for me this time. The overall feeling is very nice.

The room was so small that it was hard to breathe. The child couldn't sleep that night. He couldn't wait to leave for the first time. The experience of this hotel was very bad. I can't describe it in words. In short, it was very uncomfortable. The location is surrounded by Victoria Street but the design of the hotel is very strange. At this price, I stayed at the Marriott Intercontinental Metropolis. Okay, the whole ancient city is not big.

The Old Scotland Hotel is not big, the rooms are also small, the staff are quite enthusiastic and patiently explain how to play, the breakfast is very basic and average, you can order breakfast but you need to pay extra.

The most satisfying hotel on this trip around the UK is absolutely beautiful. It is convenient to travel, and all major attractions are within walking distance. The breakfast buffet is quite satisfying, and the à la carte items for extra money are pretty good. Would stay again.

However, there are ups and downs and steps to get to the station. It is a little inconvenient if you carry heavy luggage. The hotel reception is on the sixth floor, and the terrace on the seventh floor has a view. Yes, the restaurant is on the first floor. If breakfast is included in your reservation, you can choose buffet or order food. You can choose one of the two. It is recommended to go out from the first floor of the restaurant and go shopping around the street.

The location is very convenient. You can go back and rest when you are tired from shopping. There are many restaurants near the hotel. When you go out and turn left, you will check in and exit the film holy land. The hotel service is also good, the room was cleaned in a timely manner, and it was done in the time it took me to have breakfast! You can choose your own breakfast, and you can ask the waiter to add something else. There is a female Asian waiter who can speak Chinese, but you have to try your luck to see her working hours. The bed in the room is very comfortable. Although the room is not large, it has a reasonable layout. The dressing table, sofa dining table, refrigerator, washroom and hanging clothes can all be satisfied! It’s worth experiencing, and it’s a great place to stay and travel!
