this room's photo is not real!, refer to the other single bed room. Overall, this is a great cabin to stay, clean, and quite. Unique experience!

Whenever we can we always like to stay in a National park we are visiting. And I will say most national park facilities can be basic. But I would say this was a little better. We stayed in the Woodland cottages, and although it said no AC there was a mini-split, and all the cottages seemed to have them. A fridge in the room and bathroom in the room. Plus a spacious cabin and comfortable bed. And when you wake up you are already in the park plus you can stay and see the stars come out. Again we thought it was great and better than most national parks (mind you we do not stay in the higher end in the parks we always choose the most economical because our goal is to be in the park) so if they take this much pride in the economy cabins I am guessing the higher priced are just as good if not better

Stayed in one of the woodland cottages. Clean and comfortable with A/C. We arrived for our 12:45 pm cave tour which ended just in time for check in. Cabin had two bedrooms with connecting bath and shower. Chairs provided outside, perfect for sitting and watching the deer in the evening. Just across the parking lot was the visitor center, gift shop, and restaurants. Wish the Green River Grille was closer to home as it was amazing. Great food and service. We had dinner the first night and breakfast the next morning. So nice to have everything in one area, didn't have to drive anywhere. Would stay again.

Worse place myself and family have stayed at!! Rooms had bugs. And management is the worst ever!! DO NOT try to have a buffet!! They will cheat you on food and give you the worst of what they have that doesn't even go together my family and I was so very disappointed and they ran out of food how does that happen?

Cabin was a good value. Good location for tours. The cabins recently had mini split HVAC installed. It worked nicely. The location is just across a parking lot from where the tours meet, so we didn't have to drive. The restaurant in the lobby area was delicious for every meal and the prices were reasonable (below what other national Park vendors charge, but that's why we ate here every meal and haven't at other parks). Staff at lodge desk, restaurant, and the park staff were all good.

We stayed one night at the Sunset Terrace. Rooms are basic but functional. There is no seating in the room (since it was December it was not feasible to sit outside). It is a 3 minute walk to the main lodge and visitor center(where the tours begin from). The rooms overlook a nice wooded area. We did get a call about an hour before check in to tell us that we needed to bring bottled water as the tap water was unsuitable for drinking. There was basically no hot water which made for a brisk wake up. We also discovered the Hotel restaurant is not open for dinner or breakfast. The closest restaurants are about 20 minutes away by car. There is a Starbucks in the main hotel open at 8am with coffee and sad pastries

Super convenient. Food was fast and tasty, service very good, had potato soup, BLT chicken sandwich. Plus fun to see the lodge and a bit more of the area after our cave tour. Perfect stop after our tour and making a few more stops before heading down the road.

Stayed Oct 22 for one night. Stayed in room 3 originally. Yet, moved to cabin 7 after the coffee maker was not complete. We did bring an extra blanket and glad we did. Bed comfortable. Shower real good. Coffee maker worked. Green River Grille was real good for dinner & breakfast.

The Sunset View lodge was clean and comfortable. The place is exactly how it is advertised; motor lodge/motel but it is located in the park, walking distance to the visitor center, cave tours, gift shops and restaurant. There is parking right in front, views of the woods, right on the accessible paved trails and windows you can open. We had plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash in shower,TV and mini fridge. My family was happy with our overnight stay. The only thing I would caution is the advertised roll away bed available, not sure where one would even fit a roll away bed in that room! The room is pretty small.
