Hotel Front Desk Clerks were rude and disrespectful. Toilet wouldn’t stop flushing and the heating system in the room would go in and out

This was a perfect choice after a 13 hour drive. The property is clean. The person at the front desk was friendly. There are 2 fast food restaurants and a gas station/convenience store within walking distance. The king room is spacious and the bed was comfortable.

My husband was in a wheel chair and could not get in and out of the tub/shower and I had asked for a walk in shower. House keeping only cleaned and restocked every other day and when we first arrived. The coffee maker was not stocked and I had to call down. Also the iron in our room did not work and I asked for a new one and didn’t get it in time. I was very disappointed in Marriott because of all that went wrong. The one nice thing was the check in associate was very good and friendly enjoyed every time we came back in the evening to her smile and greeting and I needed that because we were visiting our daughter who had just gotten a liver transplant and I wanted a good stay.

First thing is room service. Tried to come in when sign was up not too, then didn’t replace towels or clean when the sign was down. No quarters available for coin only washers and dryers? Only 1 friendly staff at the counter, not impressed as I stay at many Marriotts this ones down there in rank for sure

Everything was great, comfy bed, easy and friendly check in. The pool and hot tub needed a good cleaning and possibly some maintenance. Other than that, an awesome stay.

The hotel was fine, nicely decorated and kept up, and the continental breakfast was good.
However, the pool was very cloudy and stinky and the staff did nothing to address it the 4 days we were there, even after we commented on it the very first night. After reading other reviews, we realized it may have been an ongoing problem for months. At least we could use the hot tub a couple times.
Also, when we asked for sheets for the sofa bed, we had to ask a second time for blankets for that bed. The sofa bed mattress was one of the least comfortable we've ever slept on.
Overall, the stay was okay.
