住宿環境是可以的，設施也很新，前台小姐姐還給我們主動升級了房間。十一期間來的，有暖氣了很暖和。一開始是滿意的，直到第二天吃早餐，用餐環境直接拉低了整個酒店的氛圍，桌布是臟的，桌子枱麪也是臟的，盤子也是油油的。（7點提供早餐，我基本7點就到了，第一波用餐的人）。可能是我個人飲食習慣問題。吃雞蛋想要點醬油。直接告知我沒有。不提供。我尊重不同地方的飲食習慣，但是也太直接了。附一張餐桌圖片。建議酒店一定好好弄下早餐的環境，其他整體環境還是很不錯的，別因為這個降低整體感覺

前台服務員態度極差，前台服務態度差，前台服務態度極差，酒店簡介寫着有停車場，到前台不讓停車 説他家跟本沒有停車場，停酒店會有警察貼條，不幫助找停車位，態度強硬，服務意識差。床品還帶有床噶，早餐都是涼的 大冷天連熱乎的都不給吃，入住體驗極其差，房卡不給第二張，如果回來晚了沒人給你開門。退房還要求加微信給好評返現30。好評都是這麼來的，大家緊急避雷。

這一家在哈薩爾廣場中心地帶，算是這一地區非常不錯的酒店了。地理位置優越，周邊有商店餐廳，都很方便。
房間的面積很大，衞生間和床都比較乾淨，熱水供應很快。整體住宿感覺舒適，推薦來額爾古納的可以住在這裏。

入住體驗很完美，一張大床和一張小床，可以三人入住，床品乾淨，雖然説住的是一樓房間，沿馬路，但晚上還是很安靜。房間很大舒適！早餐遇到團隊，無法用語言表達。

我覺得應該是額爾古納最有性價比的酒店了，也是這一路讓我最驚艷的酒店。外觀看起來比較普通，但是裏面是新裝修的，環境很好，房間也大，特別乾淨。門店服務人員態度很熱情。總之特別好！

沒拍房間照片，整個城市不大但晚上還是非常乾淨的，就是床墊有點硬的睡不着，但是保潔都和認真打掃衞生，前台都是事事有迴應還不錯
