設施：酒店各種設施齊備，滿足出行住宿需求。暖氣足，無需開空調，很多民居木結構、隔音效果差，但本酒店不存在這個問題。
衞生：細緻認真，無死角
環境：到各景點方便，儘管在馬路邊，隔音效果不錯，尤其晚上基本無大車過，不影響休息。停車位多。
服務：熱情有禮，早餐不過不失。

酒店位置非常好，去莫爾道嘎森林公園很方便。原本預訂的標準間免費升級了家庭房，送了水果，這個季節已經有了暖氣，屋裡也不冷，熱水也很好，房間乾淨舒服，來莫爾道嘎非常推薦這家。

酒店前台非常熱情，幫我們主動將客房安排了相鄰的兩間。酒店的客房比較寬敞，設備都能正常使用，衞生做得也不錯，如果衞生間能乾濕分離就更好了。關於餐飲，酒店的早餐很好，品種多，味道也很好，特別是麪條煮得很好吃👍需要改進的是餐廳必須要禁煙！

酒店位置：特意選了傳統酒店，外出帶孩子居住還是傳統的房子比較安心不容易出岔子。位置就在網紅酒店對面，小鎮上，出行方便，臨時買些缺的東西隔壁就有。
酒店設施：訂的是家庭房，所以還是比較齊全的，並且沒有煙味兒，淋浴房也是整潔衞生，洗澡在合理使用範圍下的話也夠家庭使用，對面的篝火晚會也不會吵到喜靜的小朋友。
酒店服務：是平姐為我們服務的，周到貼心，還送了歡迎水果，早餐也算不錯，有粥、豆漿、奶茶、包子、水果，給人到家的感覺。

酒店比我預期的好太多了，房間寬敞乾淨衞生，主要是工作人員熱情友好特別加分。不管是前台工作人員還是餐廳、打掃衞生的工作人員都懂所有我care的需求。看我們帶了孩子升級了家庭房，進店有歡迎水果，到這裏確實好幾天沒吃水果了。衞生間雖然沒有乾濕分離，但是細心地給每人配備了兩種一次性拖鞋，其中一個是專門防滑的，這點感動到我了。所有的不完美都是可以通過細心的服務彌補的。早上早餐9點收餐，工作人員知道我們自由行的客人都是想睡懶覺起不來的，主動告知如果晚了餐廳沒什麼吃的或是錯過早餐了可以讓廚房給我們下點麪。味道很棒！滿滿的感恩！推薦自由行的夥伴們住這家酒店，真的被照顧得有VVIP的感覺！

南有西雙版納，北有莫爾道嘎。酒店離景區特別近，前台經理為我們免費升級了親子房，還送了水果，開心😃。早點也挺豐富的，來莫爾道嘎就住他家。
